Position Summary:

We are looking for high-performing Independent Sales Representatives who have experience selling fluid-applied roofing systems and generating annual sales exceeding $2 million. As an independent rep, you will drive new business growth, build strategic relationships, and represent a product line that leads in performance and innovation. This opportunity offers unlimited earning potential with expected commissions exceeding $250,000 annually for top performers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Expertise: Use your in-depth knowledge of fluid-applied roofing systems to present compelling solutions to building owners, contractors, and facility managers.
  • Achieve Sales Targets: Develop and close new opportunities, consistently driving significant revenue within your territory.
  • Proven Track Record: Demonstrate your past success in exceeding $2 million in annual sales, ideally in commercial roofing or similar construction segments.
  • Market Penetration: Identify target markets, analyze trends, and develop strategies to maximize growth in your territory.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay current on Fluid Applied Roofing’s full product line, application processes, and industry developments.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing support and follow-through to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Autonomous Operation: Operate independently while leveraging company support and resources to drive sales performance.
  • Opportunity Expansion: Take advantage of boundary-free territories, allowing you to grow your book of business without geographic limitations.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience in sales, preferably in fluid-applied roofing, roof coatings, or related commercial construction products.
  • Demonstrated ability to consistently generate $2M+ in annual sales revenue.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently.
  • Deep understanding of the roofing industry, key decision-makers, and sales cycles.
  • Comfortable adopting modern CRM tools and digital sales methods.
